We do everything in our power to provide you with a professional and pleasant service experience, from the stage of purchasing on the site to the delivery of the package.
Below is information about the shipments:

** If the order is of unusual weight/size/contains a fragile product, the customer will be given the option of self-pickup or home delivery only.

* Shipping is carried out from the moment the order is confirmed by the credit company, on business days only (Sundays - Thursdays). Holiday eves, Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are not considered business days.
- Please note - during periods of special promotions on the site, in preparation for and on holidays and special events, there may be delays in the delivery of shipments.
- Memorial Day and Independence Day are days of rest and therefore no deliveries will be made on these days.

Order Tracking
At the end of the purchase process on the website, you will be sent an email with your order number. After the packaging process is complete, you will receive another email with a tracking number for the shipment. When the package is shipped, the shipping company will send you an SMS message that includes the option to track your order with contact information.
Changing the shipping method after placing an order on the website:
If you want to change the shipping address or shipping method, please contact customer service Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM by phone at 072-506550 or by email at sales@misradia.co.il or by WhatsApp at 052-4429101.
You can make a change to the shipping method or delivery address after placing the order, without additional charge, only if the order has not been transferred to the courier or delivery company for delivery.
From the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse, any change in the shipping method or delivery address will result in an additional payment of 36 NIS and will inevitably result in a delay in the delivery date.
If the shipment is en route or has arrived at its destination and you are not present at the delivery address
If you are not at the address you specified for delivery, you can authorize the courier to leave the shipment at the door or in the electrical cabinet, and in this case the company will not be responsible for any damage or loss or other indirect or consequential damage of any kind that may be caused to the shipment as a result.
Pick up from a collection point
When ordering the package, you can choose the most convenient pickup point for you near the address you entered in the order. After selecting the pickup point location, you will receive an SMS message informing you when the package will arrive at the pickup point and what times you can come to pick it up. The package must be picked up within two days of receiving the notification that it has arrived at the pickup point. After two days, the package will be returned to our warehouses.
