Deliveries

Shipping fee 36 NIS + VAT. Free shipping on orders over 248 NIS, excluding furniture. Transportation and assembly of furniture products will be priced separately. We do not perform porterage work.

The shipment is made through the services of a courier company or other logistics and shipping contractors. It is hereby clarified that the responsibility for the proper functioning of the product lies with the importer and the equipment manufacturer according to the warranty document attached to the item and if a malfunction occurs in its operation, the consumer must contact the importer according to the warranty document in his possession, and that in the event that it is not possible to locate the manufacturer/importer in order to exercise the warranty and the price of the product exceeds 400 NIS, the warranty will apply to the selling business and it will step into the shoes of the manufacturer/importer. The remaining products will be provided with a warranty by the company for one month from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and reasonably. An item found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with an identical new or used item according to the sole discretion of the company. Warranty for ink cartridges and toners Original toners and ink cartridges are only one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's warranty only. Compatible toners and ink cartridges are only 6 months from the date of purchase. If the buyer becomes aware that the product is not suitable for his needs, he is entitled to return it within 30 full days and in its original packaging to our offices at 43 A. We undertake to return the item being tested within 30 working days.
