Printer promotions are limited to one unit per customer . The products displayed on the site are not intended for sale to dealers but to private and business customers.

A user on the site can add any item to the shopping cart after being impressed with it and its price. The user can change quantities, add and remove items from the shopping cart at any time. Self-pickup

payment

It should be emphasized that notification of the unavailability of an item in stock will be provided as early as possible before the order date and the customer will be given the option to cancel his order at no cost.

Deliveries

Shipping fee 36 NIS + VAT. Free shipping on orders over 248 NIS, excluding furniture. Transportation and assembly of furniture products will be priced separately. We do not perform porterage work.

The shipment is made through the services of a courier company or other logistics and shipping contractors. The delivery dates indicated on the site are subject to the buyer's presence at the shipping address at the time of delivery. A buyer who is not at home or in his office will be sent a notification for the purpose of re-coordinating the delivery date. The management of its offices has the full right to decide whether the shipment will be made through the services of one or another courier company or other logistics and shipping contractors or through its office employees. Special shipments Some of our products, due to their size and/or weight, require special or more expensive shipping conditions than others. Transaction cancellation

It is hereby clarified that the responsibility for the proper functioning of the product lies with the importer and the equipment manufacturer according to the warranty document attached to the item and if a malfunction occurs in its operation, the consumer must contact the importer according to the warranty document in his possession, and that in the event that it is not possible to locate the manufacturer/importer in order to exercise the warranty and the price of the product exceeds 400 NIS, the warranty will apply to the selling business and it will step into the shoes of the manufacturer/importer. The remaining products will be provided with a warranty by the company for one month from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and reasonably. An item found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with an identical new or used item according to the sole discretion of the company. The shipping costs of the defective item will be applied to the customer and its return to the customer will not be charged shipping fees.

Errors in Specifications The Company has a duty to provide accurate product specifications. In cases where errors in product specifications are discovered, the Company must take all steps to correct these errors.

Warranty for ink cartridges and toners Original toners and ink cartridges are only one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's warranty only. Compatible toners and ink cartridges are only 6 months from the date of purchase. The buyer must verify before opening the product packaging that it is suitable for the printer model in his possession. If the buyer becomes aware that the product is not suitable for his needs, he is entitled to return it within 30 full days and in its original packaging to our offices at 43 A. Harechs Blvd. Modi'in 7171800, with shipping costs to our offices being borne by the buyer and we will credit the credit card or send a check for the full value of the returned product. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that we cannot credit an ink cartridge or toner whose packaging has been opened. Ink cartridges and toners that produce poor printing results that appear to the customer to be defective must be sent to us for testing at the importer's laboratory. We undertake to return the item being tested within 30 working days. An ink cartridge or toner that has become clogged or damaged during use will be repaired at the importer's laboratories and returned to the customer for continued use. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new item, at our sole discretion.

Privacy Statement In order to complete the purchase, the customer must provide his personal information, name, company name, ID card or social security number, his address, email address and credit card number. It is clarified that all the details provided are transferred to us encrypted.
