Canceling a transaction after it has been sent:

The consumer may cancel the transaction in writing within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later, and we will charge him a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
The products must be returned to our offices at 43 A. HaRaches Blvd., Modi'in 7171800, with shipping costs to our offices being borne by the buyer. Cancellation fees will only be charged when canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or non-conformity. When canceling a transaction due to a defect or non-conformity, the product will be returned at the company's expense.
