We at Sharon Trade Ltd. - its offices are committed and work to promote accessibility to enable people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on the website and in call centers.

Website accessibility information

We have invested a significant amount of resources to ensure that its website is easier to use and more accessible to people with disabilities, with a strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

We provide you with an advanced accessibility component from UserWay , a website accessibility company , powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows a website to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

  16. There are also accessibility profiles that allow adjustment according to an accessibility profile. The existing profiles are: motor disability, blind, color blind, dyslexia, visually impaired, cognitive and learning, epilepsy, ADHD.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

 

Accessibility arrangements in our office include:

The complex has 2 parking lots for the benefit of customers, including disabled parking and an additional parking lot outside the warehouse.

  • There is a step-free access from the parking lot or from the street through the entrance, and there is also an elevator.
  • There are accessible service stations at the reception center.
  • "Inspiration loop" aids were installed for the hearing impaired.
  • There are accessible disabled services on the ground floor and the second floor.
  • There are identification and directional signs throughout the complex.

Accessible customer service

  • Entry to the reception center is permitted for a service animal intended to assist a person with a disability.
  • Guide dogs for the blind are permitted.
  • Those eligible for this can be exempted from waiting in line upon presentation of a certificate.

  • If necessary, you can contact the service representatives at the stations for assistance in filling out forms.
  • You can contact the Accessibility Coordinator to request access to information in relevant formats.
